Mostly good -- except for repeat feature

I am generally very happy with this app and its features. I would give it five stars, but I have reduced my rating by one star because one important feature (for me) does not work, and I have reduced it by another star because I have not received a response to the email I sent to the designated Electric Pocket email address regarding my problem.

I have an iPhone 5. I always receive the alerts quickly and correctly -- except I do not receive subsequent "repeat" alerts for cases where I have activated the repeat option. I leave my iPhone untouched after the initial alert, but the subsequent alerts that should come at 5 minute intervals never arrive. This is disappointing.
