its not working

i tried everything but it didnt work on my iphone. i forwarded my iphone email address. i heard the default tone after i set it, but when i receive mails its not working. its the same old email tone i used. i configure iphone mail settings and application settings. application notification settings is set to on, sound settings i change new mail to Off asd what instruction says that i need to turn off the built in tones for email and NOTHING CHANGE with my email tone, i just want my 230yen back to use for another application.
